Anyone having problems accessing website pages or documents should either email the office @ email@example.com or stop by and let us know. Please provide your name, contact information, the page you are having problems with and any other pertinent information. Computers 4 years old and older may have problems with the site due to the age of their operating system.
Please BE SURE you shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi to help keep the facilities clean and open to the residents. Steep increases in water costs require your full assistance in helping keep our costs down and our facility open. Also, the shower is to shower off prior to entering the pool it is not for children to play in!!
NO CHILDREN UNDER FIVE (5) are permitted in the hot tub at all. All other children 6-16 MUST have an adult in the hot tub with them. All children still in diapers MUST use a swim diaper, no exceptions.
DO NOT let anyone into the clubhouse or pool area that does not have their card with them!

All cable installations need to be pre-approved by the office. The last two installs that have been done have not been done properly.
Also if you have any work being done in your unit the office needs to know prior to them coming out and also needs to obtain a certificate of insurance prior to them working in your unit. Please call or e-mail the office prior to any workers coming out.
Effective 2-16-2015 any vehicle parked in the visitors parking area without a parking pass for more than 6 hours during the day or between midnight and 8:00 a.m., will automatically be towed. Viper towing will start monitoring our community on 02-16-2015. If you have any questions please contact me in the office.

Check out our book exchange in the clubhouse entrance. Take a Book; leave a book (donations of books are encouraged). We are currently seeking donations of both adult and children's books.

In order to receive your new key cards, you will need to provide
-Annual Resident Information sheet
-Annual Tenant Information sheet if you rent out your unit
-A current lease if you rent out your unit
-Chimney cleaning receipt or letter stating the fireplace in not used or it is a gas fireplace
-Dryer vent cleaning receipts
-Current HO-6 declaration page with sewage backup & special assessment $10,000 coverage
-Pet paperwork or letter stating that there are no dogs in your unit.
