Important information-please read
We are updating our key cards. All current key cards will be disable by February 28, 2015.
In order to receive your new key cards, you will need to provide the resident information sheet and tenant information sheet if you rent out your unit prior to receiving your new cards. Photographs are not required, but residents will be asked to have their photo taken to be kept in the HOA files for security purposes.
The key cards will be turned off by building. I will be sending out an e-mail blast per building. If you do not currently get our e-mail blasts then please e-mail your contact information to email@example.com.
A detailed letter has been sent to all owners explaining the above information. If you are a renter and have not been contacted by the owner or management company overseeing your unit, please contact me for further details.
